These bumps usually subside within 12 to 24 hours as the product disperses. You can go back to work or your daily routine immediately, though we advise avoiding intense exercise or saunas for a day.

Profhilo is a two-step process. To get the full benefits, you need two treatments spaced four weeks apart.
